What is wasmachen Insights?
wasmachen Insights is the data site of wasmachen.at, the events calendar for Austria. It publishes analyses of when, where and how Austria goes out, such as the 2026 year in review.
Where does the data come from?
Every number comes from the wasmachen.at system, that is from the events listed with us. Each event counts once, on its start date. Cancelled events and events not yet approved are left out.
How accurate are the numbers?
They are a snapshot as of the date of each edition. Events are added, moved and cancelled all the time, and how many events we know of differs from region to region. That is why we show patterns and no rankings between states.
Is any personal data analysed?
No. We only publish aggregated numbers about events. Values based on fewer than 20 cases are left out.
How often is a new edition published?
The year in review comes out every December. There may be editions on single topics in between.
Can I use the charts and numbers?
Yes, as long as you credit “wasmachen.at” and link to the edition.
I organise events. How do I get into the data?
List your events on wasmachen.at. Everything listed there goes into future editions. More at business.wasmachen.at.
What is wasmachen Wrapped?
From 2027, a free wasmachen.at account gets you your own events year in review.
